Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at purpledivasboutique@gmail.com so we can address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for more than 3 days, have washed or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through to mitigate these type of issues.

You have 7 business days from the date you received your order to return items. Please use the address on the invoice to your items.  Purple Diva’s Boutique is not responsible for shipping fees for items returned. Remember to keep record of your shipping information to track your return. Once your return is received, please allow 48-72 hours for your return to be processed.

Purple Diva’s Boutique processes all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders will be packaged and shipped Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and 4-14 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation along with tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: Purple Diva’s Boutique does not guarantee delivery times, therefore, shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and availability.

For items purchased online and then decide you do not want for any reason, we will give a store credit for any items returned to us in good condition in which we can resale, as long as they are sent back to us within 7 days of when they were received. Sorry, but we cannot honor any returns that are sent back after this 7 day period. No Exceptions. The customer pays any shipping charges. Follow the instructions on your packing slip for any such returns, and please include the packing slip in your return shipment to ensure proper credit. ALL SALE items are final.  We do not make exceptions to this policy.
